In order to fulfill obligation under a contract(s) and an agreement(s), The Company may provide personal data to a third party such as business alliance partner(s).

Also, in order to disclose the personal data for any other purpose than the above, The Company shall give a notice to the data’s subject and obtain prior consent.

Personal information received from our customers may be transferred to other countries to the extent of entrusting or providing such personal information to consignees of business operation only for the prescribed purpose of use or providing such personal information to a parent company (Yagishita Giken Co.,Ltd.) for the purpose of shared use.
